There will be a Public Judging as well as a Committee Judging. For the public judging, voting slips will be placed in the entrants premises. Voting slips can then be placed in a box in the Tourist Information Office or mailed to Huddersfield Town Centre Association. www.huddersfield-htcpl.co.uk
There will be a mystery prize for the public vote.

Committee Judging will be carried out by a panel consisting of a Street Warden, the Town Centre Management Team and the Town Mayor (or substitutes if circumstances dictate).

Judging will take place early- December. Results will be announced the following week. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Free Parking !

We have campaigned for over 3 years for KMC to clearly state that Bank Holidays are Free. Finally ( November 2007) we notice this has been done. It always was free, they just left you guessing and thinking you may get fined.

However in the 3 years fees have increased and Sundays are now chargeable.

The good news is the Christmas Sticker shows Free Parking after 4pm on Thursdays and Sundays in December
