How do I pay?
We will publish your details online without your
contact/property location information.
We will then send you an invoice via email and you can post
us a cheque within 3 days. We do not accept any other
form of payment for this service.
Once the cheque has cleared we will add your
contact/property location details to your webpage.
Cheques should be made payable to Virtual Huddersfield
Ltd.
How much space can I have?
We will give you your own web page for description and photographs (max 4).
It is up to you how little or much information you want
to give.

How do I get the information to
you?
All information (text and photographs) must be emailed.
No faxes or post (i.e. CDs, memory cards). Post your
cheque only, with your property address on rear.
Do visit our property?
No
Do you take photographs?
No
Can I update my
details once online?
You can change your price at any time only by emailing us.
You cannot change other details.
I do not have a camera.
If you wish to submit photos most people have a camera or one on their phone, or
you can borrow
one from friends or family.
Do you arrange viewings?
No, we are simply an advertising media. Not your agent.
Can I have a for sale/to let board?
There are many companies who will make one and deliver
it to you for a small fee. Search online.
What if the property sells and
falls through?
Relist for another 28 days free
Why are you offering this service?
Quite simply we feel that our viewers will value the
service.
I am with an estate agent, can I
still advertise with you?
Check with your agent but most will be glad of any help
you can give them. If the buyer/tenant finds your house through
advertising with us you will still have to pay the agent. Alternatively,
you can advertise your house here without appointing an
estate agent.
How do prospective purchasers/tenants
contact me?
We suggest email or mobile phone.
How do I get
started?
Simply email your details/photographs to

We will acknowledge receipt via email and provide
payment instructions.
Please Note: we do not answer queries for this service
over the phone or in person.
